1. An original preparatory school document certified by the General Directorate of Education in the governorate.
2. A guarantor bond according to a form from the College’s Legal Affairs Department.
3. A colored copy of (the nationality certificate, the Iraqi civil status identity card, or the unified card.
4. Recent photos (3).
5. Medical examination form.
6. An electronic receipt for the student’s registration on the university’s website.
