About the College

Faculty of Arts was established in the academic year 1989/1990 and began permanence in 10.01.1989 and it includes three sections: the Arabic language , social service and geography. Then open the two sections two other Department of Psychology and the Department of Archaeology , has developed the psychology department in the academic year 1995/1996 The Department of Archaeology has been introduced in the academic year 2001/2002 , was also open graduate studies at the college from the academic year 1996/1997 and led College effective role through the five divisions in the educational process after that provided textbooks and school supplies . And expanded its activities vital tasks . I’ve been the College of Arts after the demise of the former regime and the entry of the occupation forces , like other colleges in the University of Qadisiyah to ruin , destruction and tampering with the property, but thanks to the administrative leadership , which took over the functions of the Department of the college at the beginning of the academic year 2003/2004 AD initiated Baamarha again , as has been building and repairing and equipping classrooms and the provision of supplies tuition from school , and provided the college with cloning and Computing , as well as the provision of textbooks and assistance , so the whole returned to college Zhoha and glory and able to pay numbers are new to surveys of work to actually begin the reconstruction of their beloved great Iraq .
